The 1st stress is a stimulant that is typically met and integrated into experience

  • Entering a Physical / Energetic Zone you look forward to

The 2nd stress is tension producing, and, over time, this kind of stress turns chronic.  Chronic Stress is debilitating to mental / physical / emotional / spiritual unification

  • Low self esteem
  • Depression
  • Defensive
  • Panic
